Individual School Project
The first project of my Bachelor was to design and build a capsule where you could sit, stand or lie down, only using cardboard. By playing around with forms in carboard, I discovered how easily a finger could be created. After constructing the rest of the hand in a 1:10 scale, I took upon the challenge the scale up the design to create the capsule.

Since the project took place during the corona pandemic, we weren’t able to use the acadamy for constructing the capsule. Faced with a too small student apartment for this scale, I brought this project home to Norway. There I took advantage of the beautiful fjords for capturing the project.

To learn Rihno 3D, I used the design of my capsule to teach myself the basics of the program. Scaling up the design even further, I turned the capsule into a pavilion.
